This week at RVAS (June 10th)

One more week and the gym will be filled with athletes!  The quiet at the gym is peaceful but not normal!  We can’t wait to get the season started!  Until then, we have a few more classes this week!

6:00-7:00 PM Stretch & Jump Class:

1-hour class focused on jump technique, timing, flexibility, conditioning and drills that are all designed to hyperextend and lift your jumps! These classes will get you jumping through the roof in no time!

7:00 – 8:30 PM Coed Stunting with Matt & Jeremiah

Work on Coed Stunting Skills!
Limited to 5 Athletes for each position (Flyer & Base) – Flyer positions are filled
